How your data is handled
When you use these features, the relevant text — your chat messages, the terms you ask us to enhance, or the product description you submit for HS classification — (and, for the chatbot, any image you attach) is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. We do not use your content to train our own models, and nothing generated by these features is applied to your documents or records automatically — you have to actively review and accept it first.
