Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies set by the website owner (here, Sahodaya International Company) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies."

Impactex currently sets only strictly necessary (essential) cookies. Specifically:

• Authentication session cookie: An httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in after login. Without it, you cannot access your account.
• Security cookies: Cookies set by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) for bot mitigation and DDoS protection on requests to our platform.

We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising or targeting cookies, or third-party tracking pixels of any kind. We do not sell or share your browsing activity with ad networks, and we do not serve targeted advertising on the Services.

Because DPDPA and the EU's ePrivacy framework only require prior consent (i.e., a cookie banner) before setting non-essential cookies, and we do not set any today, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or any other non-essential cookie in the future, we will update this policy first and implement a consent banner that lets you accept or decline that category of cookie before it is set — essential cookies will remain unaffected, since they cannot be disabled without breaking login.

Because we only use essential cookies today, there is nothing to opt out of without also losing the ability to sign in. If you'd still like to review or clear cookies stored by your browser, you can do so through your browser's settings — note that clearing the authentication cookie will sign you out.

We do not currently use web beacons, tracking pixels, or similar technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If this changes, we will describe the specific technology, its purpose, and any consent mechanism required, right here.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons — most importantly, before we introduce any non-essential cookie. Please revisit this page periodically. The date at the top indicates when it was last updated.
